چکیده
Coronavirus disease, COVID-19, has touched every country globally except five countries (North Korea, Turkmenistan, Tonga, Tuvalu and Nauru). Vaccination is the most effective method to protect against infectious diseases. The objective ensure that everyone access a COVID-19 vaccine. conventional vaccine development platforms are complex time-consuming obtain desired approved candidates through rigorous regulatory pathways. These safeguards guarantee optimized product safe efficacious for various demographic populations prior it being general use. Nucleic acid vaccines employ genetic material from pathogen, such as virus or bacteria, induce an immune response it. Based on vaccination, might be DNA RNA; such, offers instructions producing specific pathogen protein system will perceive foreign mount response. multiple antigens made in same facility, lowering costs even more. Most traditional regimens do not allow this. Herein, we demonstrate recent understanding advances nucleic (DNA mRNA based) specifically those human clinical trials.

متن کاملEngineered biomaterials for development of nucleic acid vaccines
Nucleic acid vaccines have attracted many attentions since they have presented some superiority over traditional vaccines. However, they could only induce moderate immunogenicity. The route and formulation of nucleic acid vaccines have strong effects on the immune response and efficiency. Numerous biomaterials are used as a tool to enhance the immunogenicity of antigens. They deliver the antige...
متن کاملNucleic acid vaccines.
The use of nucleic acid-based vaccines is a novel approach to immunization that elicits immune responses similar to those induced by live, attenuated vaccines. Administration of nucleic acid vaccines results in the endogenous generation of viral proteins with native conformation, glycosylation profiles, and other posttranslational modifications that mimic antigen produced during natural viral i...
متن کاملEthical Issues in COVID-19 Vaccine Rollout
From the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, researchers aspired to produce an effective vaccine with appropriate efficacy and low side effects to mitigate the pandemic. It seems that vaccination is the only mean to save the world from this pandemic. In this article, we will review the ethical challenges of mass vaccination (focusing on the vaccine distribution and uptake), referring to the mai...
